2)
the article must be manually submitted to at least 10 high PR article websites from the list below. In total we need a total of 20 submissions. (2 articles x 10 websites)

please note that the articles may need to be rewritten so that they will be accepted in the directories and are in not in violation of duplicate content.

All submissions must include at least one or 2 hyperlinks to our site. Hyperlinks should be on the keywords workout benches or related keywords.
