E-book Layout And Finish

Hi!
I have written an ebook manuscript. I have a cover design completed.
Here’s what I need from you -
- Proofreading and minor editing
- Select appropriate and pleasing typestyle
- Create a unique page layout
- Page-by-page formatting with headers, page numbers, etc.
- Adjust paragraph styles for easier reading and absorption
- Add sub-heads where needed for clarity and flow
- Adjust page size and orientation to suit the subject matter
- Adjust color schemes and color use
- Optimize and adjust graphics
- Add Table of contents, copyright pages, dedications,
- Make sure all links are formatted correctly and work properly
- Compile ebook in PDF format for distribution.
