Looking for someone to have fun with this project so much in fact that this e-book will be fun and exciting to read!!! Not boring! It needs to have a vibe of “an exciting newly emerging opportunity that will change your life forever!!!” type feel…that asks questions, proposes stimulating possibility and provides very informative and detailed answers and resources.
This easy to write e-book will be on House Sitting and House Staging. Two different, but related topics. They may be addressed separately in their own chapters and sections of the e-book.
E-book will need to be 75-100 pages. Written in English.
I will provide an existing e-book that was written on house sitting for the UK that may be used as an example and for part of your research. This e-book needs to be an informational, fun, informative guide to house sitting and home staging also known as home managing in the U.S.
You will need to re-write content in different words, for US residents and add further content that is up to date through your research providing the most current resources and websites. all content must be 100% original!
People will receive this e-book as a free tool to become educated on how they can become successful house sitters and home managers for profit and free rent.
This project will require research and expansion on that information. As the writer, it will be essential for you to cover all aspects of these topics and leave no stone unturned.
Topics are easy to grasp and easy to write on.
You will be a ghost writer on this project and I will retain all rights to this e-book that you write as well as all the information, names, images, titles, including any and all likeness, brand, and features.
Upon acceptance of this project, you acknowledge that I will own everything, re-selling what you have written for me will result in legal action and I reserve the right to end the project at anytime if you do not comply.
