I need someone who can help me write requirements documents for advanced websites.

You need to be familiar with requirements specifications, development, database and backend things. You also need to be a bit creative so you can come up with the required functionality. You also need to have a good understanding of the current landscape of web technologies and services.

I will of course always provide you with input from where to start but I expect you to write the full requirements document with all the details yourself. You can ask me questions when writing also.
